2018.01.02 周工具箱会议
2018-01-02 周工具箱会议 ⚫ 2018 新的一年开始，恭喜在座的各位平安度过了2017年，2018年也要平安健康。 ⚫ 再一个多月就到了春节，现场出现很多赶工(赶在春节前要完成的工作), 当中高处工作不少， 机电安装(例如：拉电缆) 钢构安装(例如：屋面，夹层) 装修工作(例如：吊顶板) 土建工作(例如：砌墙，脚手架) 需要加强注意高处作业的安全！ ⚫ 在人员墬落安全方面，再次强调联实的基本要求，必须有防止人员墬落的措施，例如：边缘护栏，安全网，适当的平台；任何仅使用安全带作为唯一防护的工作，必须取得联实的核准。 ⚫ 在防止物料掉落方面，必须有防止物料掉落措施，例如：密目网，工具系手绳，以及最基本的隔离区，任何人都要注意头顶上是否有人在工作？在高处工作的人都要注意下方隔离区是否有设置维护好？ ⚫ 另外在上周，(安装厂房运营设备)发生一起手指捲夹受伤事件，提醒注意安装及调试时，特别是运行中的设备，一定要断电后再进行调整！
